1.You have one year warranty from you buy the goods.
Any problem you can send back to repair . But not including the broken made yourself .
If a phone is faulty within 15 days from the purchasing, as long as the phone is brand new, we can replace it with a new one. If a phone is faulty but have scratches on the face and body, we can only repair the phone instead of replacement.
2.You should pay the postage back to me and back to you again .
For old customer and reseller , if you have new order we can send the repaired phone with your new order in free .
(free for less than 2pcs,if more than 2pcs ,you also should pay the more part )
Pay attention: DO NOT use the express like TNT, EMS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL.
ONLY NORMAL POST OR REGISTERED MAIL.
If any problem with Chinese custom, we will not take any responsibility.

3..You must write the problem of phones clearly and write your email address .
And remember the IMEI number of your phone.
So that we can solve the problem as soon as possible .If not,
we only can wait you contact us then deal with it.
